Trade Union Secretary 80-100% Construction/Trade Field Service

Your role

As a trade union secretary in the field service, you visit construction sites as well as businesses and encourage employees to stand together for their concerns. You actively approach potential members and convince them in personal conversations of the benefits of Unia membership. You also inform employees about their rights, explain the purpose and importance of collective labour agreements, and highlight our attractive benefits for members.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training EFZ or at least equivalent
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Interest in political or social activities
• Driving licence category B
• Able to engage in conversation with people from diverse backgrounds
• Committed, resourceful, responsible personality with persuasiveness
• Very good German. Additional migration language is an advantage
• Identification with trade union goals
