- Completed training as an optician
- You think and act entrepreneurially and appreciate an independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Flexible, dynamic and team-oriented personality with good comprehension skills
- Enjoy direct customer contact and have a strong service orientation
- Very good German and French skills (spoken and written)
- Good English skills
Your main tasks:
- Telephone advice for opticians: support in the online shop as well as explanations and recommendations on products and services
- Receiving and processing customer enquiries, orders and complaints
- Creation and processing of expert reports
- Close cooperation with internal and external departments to ensure high customer satisfaction
