Technical Consultant IAM (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF128,500 - 140,000Rocken® specialises in recruiting talents and experts from IT consulting and software engineering. Responsibilities:
Operation and further development of Identity and Access Management systems (IAM)
Management and optimisation of identities, roles, and authorisation concepts
Implementation of authentication and authorisation solutions
Analysis and improvement of access and security processes
Ensuring compliance requirements in the identity and security environment
Support in the introduction and further development of IAM architectures
Conducting security analyses and risk assessments in the field of identity management
Collaboration with IT infrastructure, application, and security teams
Participation in IT security projects and system integrations
Creation and maintenance of security concepts and technical documentation
Support during audits, reviews, and security checks
Qualifications:
Completed studies or training in computer science, IT security, or business informatics
Several years of experience in identity & access management or IT security
Knowledge of IAM solutions, authentication methods, and authorisation models
Experience with identity governance, access management, or security platforms is an advantage
Understanding of IT security architectures and compliance requirements
Analytical and structured working style
High sense of responsibility and security awareness
