About the job

Independent handling of all business cases for active insured persons such as entries and exits, mutations, home ownership, divorces and benefit payments
Administration of pension recipients such as processing and monitoring benefit cases of old age, disability and death
Written and telephone advice and support for insured persons as well as contact with external and internal offices and authorities

Completed commercial basic training or equivalent education
Professional experience in the field of occupational pension provision
Responsible, independent and precise working style as well as confident handling of numbers
Very good German skills and good spoken French skills
Committed and service-oriented personality

A varied and demanding activity in a small, well-coordinated team
Careful and gradual introduction to the field of activity
A centrally located and train station close workplace in the city of Bern
