We are an innovative supplier in modern sheet metal processing with around 50 employees. We manufacture high-quality construction parts as well as housings and machine covers made of stainless steel, aluminum, and sheet steel for machine and apparatus engineering. Quality, precision, and clean workmanship are at the center of our focus.
Your tasks
- Responsibility for the entire personnel administration from A to Z
- Independent handling of payroll processing including social security and year-end settlements
- Managing the entire recruitment process in cooperation with the line management
- Advising and supporting the line management in all HR matters
- Organizing and coordinating employee events
- Participating in HR projects and continuously optimizing processes
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally with further education in HR (e.g., HR specialist certificate)
- Several years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in an SME or industrial environment
- Sound knowledge of Swiss labor law and payroll
- Independent, structured, and pragmatic working style
- High service orientation as well as discretion
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
