About the job
Are you convinced that the potential of digitalisation will continue to revolutionise the healthcare market and want to use your professional skills to get the best for our customers and inspire them?
We are a rapidly expanding and innovative SME in the medical and banking sectors as well as in the integration environment of complex cloud projects. Our core business in medicine lies in the development and operation of the most modern medical software in Switzerland, amétiq siMed, and the unique medical ecosystem amétiq cloud with over 7,000 users. We are thus the first address for the digitalisation of medical practices along the entire process chain.
Do you love getting to the bottom of complex problems, finding sustainable solutions, and helping to shape innovative software? Do you want to use your technical and analytical skills to continuously improve our products and inspire our customers?
Then you are exactly right with us!
Your Tasks
- 3rd-Level Support: You analyse complex error messages, systematically get to the root causes, and work together with our software engineers to develop sustainable solutions.
- Quality Assurance: You test new and existing functions, check acceptance criteria, and actively contribute to improving our software quality.
- Product Development: You analyse customer requirements, create user stories and acceptance criteria, and accompany their implementation in one of our production teams.
- Piloting: You support our customers in the introduction of new features, collect feedback, and ensure their practical suitability.
- Continuous Improvement: You document insights, identify recurring problems, and optimise our products and processes together with the team.
- Taking Responsibility: You contribute your own ideas, share your knowledge, and have the opportunity to increasingly take on professional coordination or leadership tasks.
Your Profile
- You enjoy troubleshooting and complex error analysis and do not give up until you have understood the cause of a problem.
- You have a technical flair and enjoy understanding complex software solutions, their functions, data flows, and interfaces, and recognising connections.
- You bring experience in application support, software testing, requirements engineering, or a comparable role, or are highly motivated to familiarise yourself with these topics.
- You take initiative independently, question existing processes constructively, and actively tackle challenges.
- You work analytically, structured, independently, and solution-oriented.
- You are communicative, a team player, and enjoy working with customers and software engineers.
- You feel comfortable in an agile development environment and like to take responsibility.
- You have very good German and good English skills.
- Ideally, you are familiar with the healthcare sector or medical software solutions.
- A qualification in IT is an advantage but not a requirement. What matters is your technical understanding, willingness to learn, and motivation.
What Awaits You
- Exciting and varied tasks in a dynamic and future-oriented industry.
- A dynamic team with flat hierarchies and an open, collegial company culture.
- Room for initiative, personal development, and continuous training.
- Progressive employment conditions in a appreciative environment.
- Fair and market-appropriate remuneration.
- Regular employee information events and team activities, aperitifs, annual winter sports day, etc.
- Commitment to social responsibility: Part of our profit is used for projects proposed and selected by employees.
- Modern workplaces, flexible working arrangements in the office and at home.
- Central workplace – only 150 metres from Pfäffikon SZ station – with diverse catering options and recreational opportunities by the lake.
- Free parking spaces in the underground garage and around the office.
- Varied options for lunch and recreation by the lakeside (only 10 minutes on foot).
The Right Fit for You?
Do you see complex problems not as annoying disruptions but as exciting challenges? Do you want not only to fix errors but also to sustainably improve and actively further develop our software? Then we should definitely get to know each other. We look forward to hearing from you.
