• You independently manage customer projects and ensure they are completed on time and successfully from planning through to implementation.
• You advise our customers on switching to our system solution and ensure their pharmacy processes can take off optimally with ProPharma X.
• You coordinate collaboration between customers, internal specialists, and external partners to ensure an optimal project progression.

• You are a pharmaceutical specialist with several years of professional experience in pharmacies.
• You have already worked for several years with the ProPharma X software and know the system and its diverse functionalities very well.
• You are ready to familiarise yourself with customer project work and take on responsibility for customer projects from planning to successful implementation in the future.
• You present yourself confidently and professionally to customers and maintain open, clear communication.
• You work in a structured, reliable, and self-initiated manner, keep an overview even in challenging situations, and find pragmatic solutions.
• You work independently and reliably and are at the same time a team-oriented personality who values exchange and collaboration.
