Your responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for the training and further education of the caseworkers of the Unia Unemployment Fund. The Unia ALK education team coordinates national training measures and independently implements them in the language regions. Main tasks include organizing and conducting training and further education for the caseworkers of Unia ALK (workshops, courses, experience exchange and conferences, on-site training). You develop and maintain course materials for internal training measures. In addition, you design and coordinate the internal course program and lead or participate in projects.
Your qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in unemployment fund casework
- Very good knowledge of AVIG/ATSG and labor law and excellent command of ASAL 2.0
- Good knowledge of interfaces between social insurance and AVIG
- Didactic and methodological skills
- Experience in project management
- Training and/or experience in adult education
- Good oral language skills in a second national language (French is an advantage)
- High willingness to be mobile
- Strong social skills and initiative
