Synethos is our SaaS platform, and it's how we're bringing that vision to the market. It helps companies and recruiters reduce hiring effort while raising quality, build a living inventory of their skills and core competencies, and measure the cultural indicators that actually matter. Put together, those signals give leaders a perspective on individual and collective talentship they simply can't get anywhere else.

We're looking for the person who's going to help shape what Synethos becomes — and how the market experiences it.

The Role

This isn't a back-office HR position. You'll sit at the intersection of product, client success, and go-to-market — bringing deep HR expertise into a fast-moving platform business.

You will:

• Be the subject matter authority behind Synethos's future development — translating HR reality into product direction, and challenging us where the platform should go further.
• Guide clients through adoption — leading competency inventory work, running change management, and serving as the strategic reference point for clients as they integrate Synethos into how they hire, develop, and plan their workforce.
• Contribute to sales and marketing — bringing credibility to client conversations, shaping narratives that resonate with HR buyers, and helping us articulate what makes Synethos different.
• Help us build and promote the platform — through thought leadership, client stories, and active participation in the broader HR and people analytics community.

What you bring

• 10+ years in HR, with hands-on experience setting up ATS, HRIS, and contributing to HR transformation projects from the inside.
• Solid grounding in people analytics and psychometry — you understand what good measurement looks like and where it breaks down.
• Working knowledge of AI and how it's reshaping the HR stack, with views on where it adds value and where it doesn't.
• An entrepreneurial mindset — you take initiative, build things from sketches, and operate well in the ambiguity of a platform in active development.
• English mastery is required; any additional language is a real advantage.
• Excellent command of ATS and assessment platforms is a strong plus.
• Industry experience in Banking, Insurance, or Pharma is a plus — these are sectors where Synethos creates outsized value.
• MSc in Psychology or Social Sciences is a plus.
