Senior Creative Designer, 80-100%

Responsibilities

You develop strong visual key ideas and design concepts for campaigns across POS, print, digital and image communication
You create master designs and visual systems that work across channels and consistently strengthen our brand identity
You ensure the creative quality of campaigns and advertising materials in close collaboration with marketing, campaign management and external partners
You take on professional coaching in the junior design area and promote the creative development within the team
You implement concepts yourself if necessary and design advertising materials, digital assets and POS measures hands-on, and you bring new design, technology and AI approaches into our creative working methods and help to further develop them

Several years of experience as a senior designer, art director or in a comparable creative role
A strong portfolio in campaign, branding and visual communication
Very good conceptual and design skills with a high standard of quality
Solid experience in design for print, POS and digital channels as well as very good Adobe CC skills and good German and good English skills
Curiosity about new technologies and AI as well as enjoyment in actively further developing creative processes
