To strengthen our sales administration team at the head office in Fulenbach SO, we are looking for a

Commercial Clerk Sales Internal Service (80%) starting early 2027

Your tasks contribute to professional customer care:

Preparing offers, contracts and confirmations based on sales department guidelines. Order control as well as contact point for coordinating internal and external enquiries. Administrative tasks and maintenance of customer files. Operating the telephone switchboard and acting as contact person for written communications.

Your profile complements the existing team perfectly:

You have a commercial basic education with several years of professional experience in sales internal service or order processing. Good MS 365 skills and flawless German language skills are required. Ideally, you can also communicate orally and in writing in French. You remain calm and keep an overview even in hectic situations and are characterised by your high customer and service orientation. An accurate and independent working style rounds off your profile.
