The Riviera-Chablais Hospital, Vaud-Valais (HRC), is a leading intercantonal hospital, bringing together more than 2,500 employees. The Rennaz Hospital Centre has over 350 acute care beds. It is complemented by two Geriatric and Rehabilitation Clinics as well as two medical on-call services. The main responsibilities of this position are

As a member of the Executive Committee, you embody the hospital's medical function and bear responsibility for its organisation. In close exchange with the chief physicians of departments and in collaboration with the Nursing Directorate, you develop the clinical policy and translate it into daily practice through a meaningful and efficient organisation.

You play a central role in the development of the hospital's medical offer. Relying on the medical staff, you have the unique opportunity to develop new practices, structure training and lead clinical innovation in a modern and receptive environment. The HRC needs a strong, present and embodied medical leadership, capable of defending ambitious medical projects. Your commitment will also be crucial in forging alliances with institutional partners and promoting the HRC within the Romandy health network, ensuring smooth patient pathways and excellence in care provision.

We require

We are looking for an open, composed and integrative personality, a doctor who knows how to combine strategic vision and humanity. An experienced clinician, you have proven experience leading a department and are curious about disciplines other than your own. Furthermore, you are very familiar with both inpatient and outpatient sectors. You have completed your training with management education or have a strong desire to engage in it.

Your background demonstrates a proven ability to listen, negotiate and translate multiple expectations into structured participatory processes.

Your personality is distinguished by unwavering diplomacy and benevolent assertiveness, enabling you to unite teams around a common project where patient experience and staff fulfilment remain the constant compass for every decision.
