For over 40 years, we have supported children, adolescents and adults with disabilities, neurodiversity and illness, as well as their relatives – with psychotherapy, psychological diagnostics and counselling. From this, a unique professional perspective in Switzerland has emerged, which we continue to develop daily.
For our team, we are looking for a committed individual who wishes to help shape specialised psychotherapy with young people and their families at Spielzeit.
What we offer
Integrated training in the "Spielzeit Method" during work, with certification.Regular internal supervision and group supervision in the specialised field.Participation in your own further training and supervision costs throughout the employment (up to 50% in the first year).Therapy rooms (playrooms) and concepts uniquely established throughout Switzerland, with a wide range of working materials.
Your tasks
Psychotherapy with children and adolescents, mainly with neurodiversity, physical and intellectual disabilities.Play-based implementation of psychotherapy with young people.Support and counselling of families and relatives.Interdisciplinary, well-founded and appreciative teamwork within the team.
Your profile
You are a psychologist in the midst of a Swiss psychotherapy training (at least in the first year) or have already completed your psychotherapy qualification with Swiss recognition.You have experience or a strong interest in the specialised field and show commitment in working with children, adolescents and their families.You enjoy working therapeutically in a playful and equal manner.You are interested in teamwork in lean structures with plenty of creative scope.
