Property Management Clerk

Your tasks
- Supporting our property managers in the commercial management of an exciting, diverse portfolio of sites (residential and commercial) on the owner side
- Independently handling administrative and organisational tasks with a digital case management system
- Point of contact for prospective tenants, tenants and other stakeholders
- Checking rental applications, reference checks
- Issuing rental contracts, extensions, amendments
- Processing terminations, final accounts
- Contributing to the digital optimisation of processes
- Processing debtor and creditor invoices
Your profile
- Apprenticeship qualification as a commercial clerk (EFZ)
- Professional experience as a property management clerk or in a comparable position in the real estate industry
- Proficient user of MS Office programmes and familiar with various ERP systems
- Confident German language skills in spoken and written form, knowledge of French and English is an advantage
- Networked thinking as well as digital, process-oriented, structured and precise working methods
- Collegial team player with initiative and willingness to learn
