For our ROSSMANN branch located in Lausanne, we are looking for a flexible, responsible, and motivated person to take up the position of deputy branch manager at 100%, starting from 01.01.2027 or a date to be agreed upon.

The employment contract is permanent.

• You actively participate in store tasks and, thanks to your positive attitude, you are a role model for the entire team.
• You assist branch management with important tasks such as workforce planning, achieving common goals, and implementing our concepts.
• In the absence of branch management, you take full responsibility and manage the store independently and with great discernment.
• Thanks to your open attitude, you provide quality advice to our customers and create an atmosphere where everyone feels comfortable. 

• You have completed training in retail and ideally have some initial experience in a management position.
• You are a committed and motivated person who enjoys taking responsibility and developing a team.
• You wish to flourish both personally and professionally and see new tasks as an opportunity.
• You communicate fluently in French.
