Your tasks
- Responsibility for the clinical information system (CIS) and performance recording: parameterisation, organisation and support of the systems.
- Data quality and evaluations: creation of reports and ensuring data integrity.
- Project work: participation in the planning, implementation and integration of new solutions as well as adjustments to existing systems.
- Coordination and communication: close cooperation with specialist departments, IT and software suppliers to clarify requirements and technical issues.
- Training support: involvement in the creation of training materials and conducting training sessions.
- Application support: answering user questions and problem solving for all professional groups.
Your profile
- Education: completed vocational training with a focus on IT, healthcare or comparable qualification (e.g. medical informatics, business informatics).
- Experience: practical experience in application management (e.g. CIS, ERP or comparable systems) or in a clinical environment.
- Technical affinity: good knowledge of working with Windows systems and interest in IT applications. Basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
- Clinical understanding: knowledge of hospital processes and the clinical treatment environment is desirable.
- Communication skills: you communicate confidently between specialist departments and IT and explain complex content clearly.
- Structured working method: you work independently, proactively and with quality awareness – also in a dynamic environment.
- Service orientation: you prioritise user requests and advocate pragmatic solutions.
- Networked thinking: you recognise connections between processes, data and systems and act solution-oriented.
- Languages: very good German skills in spoken and written form.
