For our owner-managed fashion agency based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced individual for our back office as an assistant (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time.

Your tasks

• Supporting management in all operational day-to-day business as well as taking on organisational, administrative and coordinative tasks
• Organisation, coordination and follow-up of ongoing topics and projects
• Preparation of documents and decision-making bases for management
• Independent communication and coordination with customers, suppliers and business partners as directed by management
• Coordination of appointments, sales appointments, deliveries, collections and other processes
• Processing and monitoring of commercial transactions such as orders, purchases and invoices
• Organisation and care of the showroom as well as support during presentations and sales appointments
• Taking on selected tasks as the operational right hand of management and representing management to customers and business partners when required
• General support in everyday agency life – hands-on and with an eye for what is needed at the moment

Your profile

• Completed commercial training, degree or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in assistance, back office, office management or a comparable function
• Experience in independently organising and coordinating tasks and processes
• Very good German skills as well as good to very good French and English skills
• Confident, professional and representative appearance, fashion awareness
• You are always reliable, think ahead, work proactively and can support management effectively
• Organisational talent, reliability, discretion and a strong sense of responsibility
• You are flexible and happy to pitch in – also with practical tasks such as preparing the showroom or arranging coffee and refreshments for customers and business partners
