For our owner-managed fashion agency based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced and fashion-savvy personality as an Account Manager Fashion & Sales (m/f/d).

Your Tasks

• Supporting management in the operational day-to-day business with organisational, administrative and coordination tasks that arise in the daily routine of a fashion agency
• Assisting in the preparation, implementation and follow-up of ongoing topics
• Supporting sales appointments and presentations of the collections
• Processing customer enquiries, orders and returns according to instructions
• Assisting in customer acquisition and after-sales
• Supporting communication with customers and suppliers
• Helping with the setup and dismantling as well as the attractive presentation of the collections in the showroom
• General support in the agency’s daily routine and in looking after our customers

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed studies or training in textiles, fashion, retail or a comparable field
• You want to develop professionally and personally, take on responsibility and gradually learn more about sales and customer service
• Initial experience in sales, customer contact or the fashion industry is an advantage but not a requirement
• Enthusiasm for fashion and enjoyment in dealing with people come naturally to you
• You are eager to learn, motivated and reliable and keen to develop long-term in customer service and sales
• A friendly, open and well-groomed appearance is a matter of course for you
• Good German skills are a must; French and English skills are a plus
• You are not above any task and like to pitch in – preparing coffee and refreshments for customers or tidying and arranging the showroom are naturally part of the agency’s daily routine for you
