Technical and disciplinary leadership of a system engineering team in the area of network & security
Planning of tasks, capacities and resources as well as ensuring optimal utilisation
Supporting the team with operational activities and technical questions
Ensuring delivery capability through appropriate skills, processes and resources
Further development of standards, best practices, frameworks and tools
Responsibility for onboarding new customers in the managed services area of network & security
Participation in expanding the managed services portfolio
Qualifications:
Completed degree in computer science or equivalent education
Several years of practical experience in the network environment (Huawei & Fortinet advantageous)
Proven leadership skills, strong communication and hands-on mentality
Very good understanding of the processes of an IT service provider
Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
