For our day school in Grenchen (TAGRE) we are looking for as of March 1, 2026, or by arrangement

a principal (80% – 100%)

We are looking for a person who

• takes on leadership and support responsibility in personnel, professional-pedagogical as well as administrative and organizational matters with commitment
• further develops and advances TAGRE together with the two co-principals
• supports our class teams even in challenging situations
• appreciates and promotes collaboration in the multiprofessional team
• lives and expands integration together with us
• wants to take co-responsibility as a member of the management team for the development of all BACHTELEN schools
• values independent work and close exchange with the area management
• shares, lives, and represents our values externally

You bring with you

• EDK-recognized basic teacher training with additional training in special education MA
• leadership training and experience as a manager
• comprehensive knowledge of special and remedial education
• ideally knowledge and experience in cycle 3 and career choice
• flexibility and solution-oriented thinking and acting
• good knowledge of the cantonal education landscape
• flair for maintaining contact with different stakeholders
