Azure and Microsoft Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Operation and maintenance of Windows Server systems as well as support of Azure and Microsoft 365 services
Support in network operations (LAN, WLAN, VPN, firewalls) and ensuring system availability
Analysis of technical faults and development of sustainable solutions
Optimisation and automation of IT processes using modern tools and scripting
Monitoring and proactive maintenance of the IT infrastructure in our customer environments
Carrying out maintenance work remotely or on site to ensure service quality
Close collaboration with the team to promote operation, security, and innovation
Qualifications:
Training in the field of computer science, ideally as a specialist in system technology or application development
Experience in the administration of Windows servers and cloud services such as Azure and M365
Knowledge of network technologies, especially VPN, routing, switching, and firewalls
Confident handling of PowerShell or comparable automation tools
Reliable, resilient personality with a high degree of personal responsibility
Good communication skills in German and English, especially in customer interaction
