Your area of responsibility
As a staff member at the notary's reception, you perform an important function and represent us as the first point of contact externally. You work in a motivated and helpful team in a collegial working atmosphere and manage a lively counter, reception and telephone service. You prepare certifications, guarantees, statutory declarations, forward incoming enquiries, provide written and oral information and carry out other secretarial tasks, such as maintaining the will register, preparing land register extracts, etc. In addition, you independently handle simple transactions, prepare documents (e.g. company formations, marriage and inheritance contracts, precautionary orders, wills, etc.) according to templates, assist customers with queries and coordinate notarisation appointments.
What you bring
- Completed commercial basic training or an equivalent qualification, targeted further training
- Extensive professional experience in a similar role is an advantage
- Enjoyment of legal matters
- Precise, reliable, independent and efficient working style
- Integrity, discretion and resilience
- You enjoy working in a team and have pleasure in daily contact with clients
- Excellent German language skills, spoken and written
- Good IT user skills (MS Office)
