Your Tasks:

• Calculating GU-/TU- and general planner offers and compiling them
• Assisting in the preparation of GU and TU work contracts as well as general planner contracts
• Developing rough cost estimates, cost estimates and cost quotations for new builds and renovations
• Supporting management during the acquisition phase
• Assisting in the design and concept phase with regard to cost-effectiveness
• Supporting project management in the tendering, awarding, execution and completion phases
• Recording and managing cost indicators

Your Profile:

• Basic training as a structural draughtsperson with further education in architecture HTL/FH, construction management or as a structural technician TS
• Resilient, team-oriented and conscientious personality
• Focused and solution-oriented mindset
• Understanding of plans and quality as well as experience in cost calculation
• Knowledge of SIA standards, laws and regulations in construction
• Good IT user skills
