Sales Assistant (m/f/d)
As a Sales Assistant (m/f/d), you will support our sales teams in Switzerland and Israel at the Kemptthal site and ensure reliable administrative support for our customers. You will take responsibility for the smooth handling of incoming customer enquiries and projects and assist the entire sales team with a variety of operational and administrative tasks.
Due to a maternity cover, we are looking for a committed team member from November 2026, limited until the end of June 2027.
In this exciting and varied position, you will:
- Be the hub between various stakeholders such as R&D, Pricing, Regulatory to independently handle customer enquiries (usually food and beverage manufacturers)
- Take responsibility for the quotation process, coordination of sampling, and general product documentation
- Ensure an outstanding customer experience by maintaining customer relationships
- Support the sales team (Switzerland and Israel) professionally and independently in all administrative matters
- Coordinate various meetings and assist in daily business
Your professional profile:
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in the food industry or a related sector
- Fluent German and English skills (spoken and written)
- Expert in MS Office, ideally also with SAP and Salesforce
- Flexible, resilient, and independent working style
- Strong communication skills as well as high customer and service orientation
- Structured working method with entrepreneurial and coordinative thinking and acting
