Is this you?

You think entrepreneurially and act service-oriented? As a Facility Manager at ISS, you lead employees, personally support customers and ensure that our services are delivered at the highest level. You are responsible for quality, costs and customer satisfaction.

Your main tasks:

• You organise and control the cleaning processes according to the contract
• Together with your team, you ensure a high level of service and cleaning quality
• Responsibility for deployment, holiday and substitution planning
• You carry out quality controls and implement targeted improvement measures
• As the first point of contact for our customers, you handle concerns and complaints professionally
• You check time reports, materials and machines and monitor compliance with the specified cost centre budgets
• Ensure consistent compliance with safety, hygiene and quality standards

Your profile:

• Ideally, you have a qualification as a building cleaner EFZ
• Several years of experience in a comparable position characterise your professional background
• Sound knowledge in maintenance, basic and special cleaning
• You communicate confidently in German, both spoken and written; additional language skills are an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office
• Customer orientation, initiative and a structured way of working are among your strengths
• Responsibility, integrity and an impeccable reputation complete your profile
