Does Fabromont recommend adhesives?

We generally do not recommend individual adhesive products or brands. Please contact the adhesive manufacturer directly.

What is the delivery time for Fabromont products?

Thanks to our very large finished goods warehouse, we can deliver each of our collection colours in roll form up to 1,000 m2 within a few days under the motto "Never Out of Stock" (NOS). The transport time depends on the geographical distance and traffic situation. Please contact the Streck forwarding agency at Tel. +41 61 855 11 11 for this.

Where can I find the colours of the collections on the website?

Registered customers and architects can view the colours of the collections in the customer centre after registration and login. Individual samples can also be ordered there.

What fire protection classification does Kugelgarn® have?

All Kugelgarn® products are classified as flame-retardant and low-smoke. Depending on the product, this is Bfl-s1 or Cfl-s1.

Where can I find specification texts?

Specification texts can be found in the customer centre. Customers and architects registered with us can view the specification texts after registration and login.

I would like to use image material for my own website. Is that possible?

This is possible for customers and architects registered with us. Please submit your request by e-mail or post to our headquarters in Schmitten.

How can I become a direct customer?

Specialist companies in the flooring or painting sector can become direct customers with us. An application and a form with self-disclosure must be submitted. Please request such a form either from the sales representative in your region or directly from us in Schmitten.

Where can I obtain Kugelgarn®?

We deliver our products to many flooring specialists, interior decorators and project planners in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, the Netherlands, Luxembourg. Furthermore, to specialised flooring wholesalers.

Can Quickstep also be glued with spray adhesive?

Yes, there are suitable products for this.

Can Kugelgarn® be recycled?

Kugelgarn® can be recycled energetically (heat and energy recovery in an incineration plant or cement works). Material recycling is not yet possible due to the complex composition.

How can Kugelgarn® be cleaned?

Are there customs costs for shipping?

There are no customs costs for deliveries to Germany and Austria.
