• You lead, support and motivate people in their daily work.
• You document the development and progress of participants – clearly, carefully and practically.
• You organise and coordinate our industrial orders at "ProWork" Grenchen.
• You contribute ideas and improve processes together with us.

What you bring with you

• Technical or mechanical basic training
• At least 5 years of professional experience
• Enjoyment of working with people and diverse life stories
• Organisational talent, initiative and a clear head
• Very good German
• Driving licence category B
• SVEB 1 / FA work pedagogue – or willingness to further your education in this direction
