Your Contribution
- Assessment of mental illnesses and their impact on functional capacity, work ability, and reintegration potential in accordance with the Invalidity Insurance Act (IVG)
- Responding to medical inquiries, preparing internal and specialist medical examination reports, and considering external medical reports and expert opinions from an insurance medical perspective
- Conducting own examinations and/or discussions with insured persons and their legal guardians
- Opportunity to participate in cross-departmental projects and contribute to the development of our company
Your Talents
- You hold a specialist title in psychiatry and have several years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of mental illnesses
- You have an interest in social and insurance medical issues at the interface between medicine and legal application and ideally already have experience in insurance medicine
- You are decisive and like to express your arguments precisely both orally and in writing
- You are an empathetic, open-minded, and team-oriented personality
- You have good user skills in IT
