• Fluent Swiss German
• Proven experience in direct sales, field sales or a comparable sales-oriented role.
• Strong presentation and closing skills.
• Confident, convincing and likeable manner at the doorstep.
• High self-motivation, perseverance and success orientation.
• Enjoyment of direct customer contact and active selling.
• Driving licence category B.
• Own car for daily field sales activities.
• Independent and reliable working style.

Your tasks:

• You actively acquire new bofrost* customers in your sales area.
• You present our high-quality frozen, fresh and wine products directly to private households.
• You conduct convincing sales conversations at the doorstep and reliably identify customer needs.
• You enthuse prospects about our products and successfully convert contacts into new customers.
• You confidently respond to objections and enquiries and lead sales conversations purposefully to a close.
• You organise your appointments and activities independently and in a structured manner.
