We are looking for a clerk for the Building Inspectorate from 1 October 2026 or by arrangement.
Clerk Building Inspectorate (60 -70%)
TasksWe have full building permit authority and thus face demanding and varied topics daily:
- Support of the Building Inspectorate area in all administrative matters
- Managing the administrative operation and maintenance of the construction tool Axioma
- Management of building applications in the electronic building permit procedure eBau
- Review and execution of building permit procedures for smaller building applications
- Independent management of the GWR statistics
Expectations
You have successfully completed a commercial or construction-technical basic training and already possess further training as a clerk for building permit procedures or are willing to complete this course. We also greatly appreciate if you already have professional experience in the construction sector, preferably in the application of building and planning law.
Additionally, you score points if- you are a team player and contribute your skills in daily work,
- you work in a structured and independent manner,
- you think in a service-oriented way,
- you have a high level of quality awareness, and
- you have very good Office skills, have possibly already encountered the CMI Axioma programme, and ideally have initial experience with the eBau programme.
