PEKAM AG has been successfully operating as an administrator for predominantly company-owned pension schemes for almost 30 years.

To complement our team, we are looking for a committed individual for the area of commercial administration (foundation accounting) by arrangement. Knowledge in the actuarial administration of occupational pensions is an advantage.

Employee in Commercial Administration – Foundation Accounting (80%)

Your Tasks

The following tasks relate to various company-owned pension funds, for which you will independently take on administrative and commercial duties:

• Management of financial accounting
• Preparation of annual financial statements
• Support in the preparation of business reports
• Reconciliation of vested benefits, exits, pensions, WEF and other business transactions
• Execution of creditor payments and support in payment transactions
• Preparation of statistics, evaluations and reports
• Collaboration with internal and external bodies such as audit firms, experts, banks and authorities
• Participation in projects and the further development of internal processes
• General administrative activities in the area of pension fund administration

Depending on experience and interest, you will take on additional tasks in actuarial administration:

• Processing of entries and exits as well as payroll mutations
• Support with purchases, retirements as well as death and disability cases
• Telephone and written contact with customers, insured persons and external bodies
• Participation in actuarial year-end closing tasks

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training
• Professional experience in the field of occupational pensions, financial accounting or administration is an advantage
• Knowledge in the actuarial administration of a pension fund is an advantage
• Confident German and good French skills
• Team spirit, flexibility, motivation and willingness to help
• Respectful, friendly and helpful interaction with team members, customers and recipients
