Job Description

For our Innovation & Design team, we are looking for our future intern for a period of 6 months starting February 2027. During your internship, your main mission will be to contribute to identifying innovation opportunities and designing new experiences, products and services centred on user needs.

In this context, you will be responsible for:

• Participating in user research through interviews, observations and field analyses to identify needs, pain points and innovation opportunities
• Contributing to the design and development of new concepts using Design Thinking, agile innovation and co-creation approaches
• Creating mock-ups, prototypes or proofs of concept, participating in user testing and contributing to the continuous improvement of proposed solutions
• Taking part in innovation and transformation projects by conducting benchmarks, market analyses and providing recommendations to various stakeholders

Qualifications

• You hold or are pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a field related to design, innovation, engineering, entrepreneurship or digital technologies
• You have a strong sensitivity to user-centred approaches, Design Thinking and innovation, and a keen interest in new technologies
• You possess excellent analytical, synthesis, communication and storytelling skills, and are comfortable with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro or equivalent
• Curious, creative and with a strong sense of initiative, you enjoy working in a collaborative environment and participating in the design of new experiences, products and services
• You are fully proficient in French, both spoken and written; English is a plus
