What you can contribute

• Analyse, optimise and define methods and standards in the area of test and change management
• Coordinate the further development of HR-IT changes between business analysis and development
• Support the preparation of decision bases for the Change Advisory Board (CAB)
• Assist the HR project manager in agile project management

What makes you unique

• University degree or higher vocational training in business informatics or business administration
• Analytical, conceptual, interconnected and independent thinking and acting
• Experience in IT operations, requirements engineering and IT projects is an advantage
• Consulting competence with a pragmatic hands-on mentality
• Knowledge of a second official language is a plus

The Army Staff (A Staff) supports the Chief of the Army in leading the Defence Department area and is responsible for the overall military planning and development of the Swiss Army. According to political guidelines, the strategic foundations, force development and army and armament planning are developed here, and tasks in the international security context are undertaken. The leadership, control and coordination of all overarching cross-sectional areas (personnel, finance, real estate) also fall within the responsibility of the Army Staff.

The Swiss Army employs over 9,000 people in four military and around 200 civilian professions – at 110 locations throughout Switzerland. The next generation is also taken care of: the Swiss Army trains apprentices in over 30 professions.
