Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced architect with solid Revit skills for demanding building projects in the Basel region. The position includes the development of architectural concepts as well as the planning and coordination of projects through the SIA phases 31-53. A particular focus is on execution and detailed planning, BIM/Revit, structural planning and coordination of planning interfaces. The diverse project environment includes residential, office, hotel and industrial buildings.
Responsibilities:
Development and further elaboration of architectural concepts as well as the creation of spatial, façade and material concepts
Planning and project work in Revit as well as creation and maintenance of consistent BIM and CAD planning bases
Collaboration through the SIA phases 31-53, from preliminary design through tendering and execution planning to realisation
Creation of execution, working and detailed plans taking into account structural and design requirements
Ensuring compliance with standards, building regulations and permits of planning documents in the various project phases
Coordination of planning interfaces between architecture, specialist planning, project management and other project participants
Graphical and technical preparation of drafts and planning statuses for clients, specialist planner meetings and authorities
Independent organisation and control of the planning process in close coordination with project management
Support with tender and realisation documents as well as with the planning support during execution
Application and further development of BIM methods, digital planning tools and Revit workflows
Review of planning statuses regarding construction, materialisation, feasibility and planning quality
Participation in the evaluation and application of new digital tools, especially AI applications and technologies for architecture and planning
Qualifications:
Degree in architecture from a university of applied sciences, ETH or university or comparable recognised qualification
At least 4 years of professional experience in architectural planning, ideally with project experience in Switzerland
Very good user knowledge of Autodesk Revit as well as experience with common CAD/BIM tools
Sound knowledge of the SIA service phases, especially in tendering, execution planning and realisation
Good knowledge of construction, detailing, building law and Swiss building standards
Experience with BIM planning processes and interdisciplinary specialist planner coordination
Good German and English skills for project processing and coordination
