As a Human Resources Business Partner, you support managers and employees as a trusted contact person through all phases of the employee life cycle and make an important contribution to a positive work and leadership culture. At the same time, you contribute your ideas to the further development of modern HR solutions and strengthen the SNSF as an attractive employer.
Your ResponsibilitiesIn this versatile role, you advise, support, and assist managers and employees in key personnel-related matters.
You look after the organisational units assigned to you as a trusted contact person throughout the entire employee life cycle, except recruitment.
You professionally advise and support managers and employees in demanding and complex personnel cases.
You ensure the lawful application of labour law, personnel regulations, as well as internal guidelines and processes.
You analyse personnel-related issues and develop pragmatic and sustainable solutions.
You support change processes and actively accompany them.
You contribute to the continuous development of HR processes, instruments, and standards and bring in new impulses.
You lead HR projects or actively participate in projects that further strengthen the employee experience and the HR function.
You promote a trusting collaboration and build sustainable networks with internal stakeholders.
You are a personable individual with strong advisory skills and enjoy successfully developing people and organisations.
You have several years of professional experience as a Human Resources Business Partner, ideally in an SME environment.
You have completed training in Human Resources Management, preferably as an HR specialist with a federal diploma.
You communicate confidently in German and French and navigate confidently in a multilingual environment.
You advise managers and employees competently, solution-oriented, and on an equal footing.
You convince with strong communication, feedback, and conflict resolution skills.
You have strong conceptual abilities and implement ideas purposefully in practice.
You work independently, take responsibility, and at the same time appreciate teamwork.
You bring high integrity, digital affinity, and an interest in science and research.
