Your Tasks

• • Comprehensive support of a defined business area throughout the entire employee lifecycle, with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Competent advice and support for managers in all personnel-related matters.
  • Trusted contact person for employees and managers within the area of responsibility.
  • Active accompaniment and support of change and transformation processes.
  • Personnel administration in close cooperation with the HR service centre.
  • Committed participation in HR projects as well as active shaping and continuous development of HR processes, tools and concepts.

Your Qualifications

• • You have a commercial basic education as well as a successfully completed further training as an HR specialist with a federal diploma or a comparable qualification.
  • Thanks to your several years of experience in HR consulting, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment, you act as a competent contact person for managers and employees.
  • You understand business contexts, recognise the needs of the company and derive practical and sustainable HR solutions from them.
  • A pronounced service orientation, networked thinking and a confident appearance characterise you. You represent your concerns convincingly and with the necessary tact.
  • You appreciate teamwork, keep an overview even in demanding situations and convince with your flexibility, resilience and initiative.
  • Proficient use of common MS Office applications is a matter of course for you; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.
