About us:
The SMALL group school Wädenswil is a cantonal, external special school affiliated with the primary school Wädenswil. Our dedicated team of special educators and social pedagogues supports children with special needs individually and empathetically – both in their cognitive and social development. The goal is reintegration into the regular class or finding a suitable follow-up solution. Currently, 21 children attend our school.
Temporary Position Social Pedagogue (75%) at the Small Group School Wädenswil - Assignment Period from September 1 to October 3, 2025
Your tasks:
Strengthening students through targeted promotion of social skills as well as individual counseling for social challenges in everyday school life. Support and advice for parents on educational issues and finding solutions in difficult situations. Promoting constructive cooperation between school and parents. Accompanying group-specific processes and solution-oriented individual counseling with children and adults.
Your profile:
Completed training in social pedagogy, social work, or socio-cultural animation (FH/HF).
Experience in interdisciplinary collaboration.
Familiarity with the school professional field.
Resilient, balanced, and independent personality with initiative.
Competencies in solution-oriented counseling and process support.
