What you achieve
- You are responsible for the product backlog of our platform engineering team and prioritise the upcoming requirements and initiatives.
- Together with the Product Manager, you develop the short-, medium- and long-term strategy as well as the roadmap for our developer platform.
- You translate the needs of our development teams into concrete product requirements and improvement projects.
- You manage topics around source code management, CI/CD standards, developer experience, AI-supported developer tools and self-service offerings.
- You further develop our Internal Developer Portal as a central point of contact for development teams. In doing so, you promote standardised development paths ("Golden Paths") and a uniform software delivery chain.
What you bring
- You understand the platform as a product ("Platform as a Product") and want to create solutions that development teams use voluntarily and gladly.
- Experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, Platform Owner or in a comparable role is an advantage.
- You have a good understanding of modern software development as well as DevSecOps, platform engineering and cloud-native principles.
- You have already gained experience with source code management, CI/CD, software delivery chains and platform products.
- Thanks to your strong communication and moderation skills, you bring together different interests and develop viable decisions.
