Unclaimed Assets Manager at 100%

Your main tasks:

• You intervene when, for various reasons, contact between clients and the Bank is broken;
• Manage returned mail: reception, sorting, recording, research and follow-up of files;
• Participate in handling so-called "no news" clients and unclaimed assets: detection and resolution of cases;
• Contribute to the development and updating of the documentation system for activities and work procedures;
• Take part in various projects related to the profession.

Your profile:

• Commercial employee CFC (banking branch or equivalent);
• Strong interest in processing and following up administrative files;
• Ease in client contact, use of IT tools, research and analysis of information, application and compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements;
• Rigorous, autonomous, stress-resistant and organised personality;
• Perfect command of French (English proficiency an asset)
