Your tasks
- You will administratively process the cases of the Hochdorf District Court and the Hochdorf Justice of the Peace Office from case intake through the individual procedural steps to archiving.
- In close cooperation with the judges, you ensure an efficient, precise and timely handling of the procedures.
- Written correspondence is as much a part of your varied daily work as telephone and personal contact with parties involved at the counter.
- You draft simple decisions based on templates or on instructions from the responsible judges.
- As part of a dynamic and well-coordinated team, you take on further administrative tasks and support each other in day-to-day business.
Your profile
- You have completed commercial training (EFZ) or have a comparable qualification.
- A precise, independent and efficient way of working characterises you. You keep an overview even with several parallel tasks and set the right priorities.
- You quickly familiarise yourself with legal topics and procedures and are confident in using common IT tools.
- You bring linguistic fluency as well as clear and confident communication both in writing and in personal contact.
- Enjoyment of teamwork, a sense of responsibility and service orientation complete your profile. You maintain a pleasant manner with those seeking legal advice and know how to deal with demanding clients. Confidentiality and loyalty are a matter of course for you.
