To strengthen our team, we are looking for a position at the location in Rüti near Büren:

Clerk Service Centre "Industrial Chemicals" (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Your tasks:

• Receiving written as well as telephone customer enquiries

• Receiving orders and ensuring timely order processing

• Calculating quotations according to specifications, submitting them to customers (in writing and by telephone), documenting them in the ERP system, and subsequently following up on quotations

• Looking after assigned major customers and assisting with planned sales campaigns

• Handling customer complaints

• General secretarial duties in support of the service centre and field staff

You bring with you:

• Completed commercial training or equivalent education as well as experience in or interest in the chemical-technical environment

• Professional experience in internal sales or customer service

• Good user knowledge of the common MS Office suite and experience with an ERP system

• Fluent German skills are required; French skills are a plus

• Team spirit, enjoyment in dealing with external and internal stakeholders, reliability, flexibility, independence, and precise working methods
