Purchasing Clerk - Cost Controlling 100% (m/f/d)
Your daily work
Operational Purchasing:
- Obtaining and comparing offers from local suppliers
- Support in processing orders and delivery dates
- Coordination of product samples in consultation with the departments
- Participation in smaller procurement projects within the Bürgenstock Collection
- Monitoring of goods receipts and issues in defined product groups
Cost Controlling:
- Assistance in maintaining the cash register system (Micros SYMPHONY) and inventory management (FutureLog)
- Support with inventories and their evaluation
- Checking and forwarding supplier invoices
- Maintenance of existing framework agreements
- Creation of simple evaluations and tables for internal purposes
What we expect from you
- Completed commercial training (EFZ) or comparable qualification, ideally in the hotel industry
- Initial professional experience in purchasing, accounting, or administration
- High level of accuracy, quality awareness, and efficiency
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Very good IT skills
