Sector Manager*in Maintenance Cleaning (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Management of the assigned customer portfolio according to business management principles
• Maintaining constant customer contact and acting as a contact person for technical questions
• Review and optimisation of workflows at the customer site
• Conducting quality controls
• Purchasing and reordering the required machines and equipment
• Independent recruitment of new employees
• Assisting with instructions and training of employees in internal courses
• Leadership, promotion and targeted deployment of employees
• Personnel administrative tasks
• Monitoring the maintenance and care of assigned vehicles, machines and equipment as well as the cleaning materials used

Your Profile

• Completed training and further education in cleaning or facility management
• Proven leadership experience is essential
• Several years of professional experience in a similar field, preferably in maintenance cleaning
• Solution-oriented, communicative and personable with a strong sense of organisation and coordination
• Service-oriented and independent working style with the necessary all-round view
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form are essential, any additional language is an advantage
• Very good MS Office user skills, knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
