SANTIS Training AG offers practical programmes for professional integration on behalf of the Disability Insurance (IV) and Unemployment Insurance (ALV) at five locations in the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Our goal is to sustainably support people in (re-)entering the primary labour market.

For the Zurich location, we are looking for a committed individual as commercial specialist support for the commercial practice company ALLUDO from 1 October 2026. In this role, you are responsible for the professional guidance and support of commercial apprentices and participants in labour market integration as well as students (SuS) of commercial schools.

Your Tasks

• Implementation of commercial processes in various departments as well as deputising
• Professional support, training and assistance of participants and commercial apprentices with a focus on integration into the primary labour market
• Regular reporting to case management on training status and performance
• Preparation of educational reports and updating information in the relevant systems
• Training of young people (15-17 years) according to the learning objectives of the educational ordinance for commercial schools
• Support of team management in the further development of existing processes and procedures as well as in general administrative tasks

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training with several years of professional experience in a trading company
• Appreciative approach and understanding in working with people with disabilities
• High degree of independence, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
• Enjoyment and experience in dealing with people in different life situations
• SVEB-1, vocational trainer or experience in the educational field is an advantage
