Senior Workflow Automation Software Engineer

About the job

What awaits you

• You develop modern workflow automation solutions with Flowable, Camunda or CIB 7, including process modelling, frontend/backend logic, interfaces and data integration

• You advise our customers on workflow automation and process digitalisation, conduct workshops and create professional as well as technical solution concepts

• In projects, you work in a small team of 3 to 6 people on a customised individual solution for our customers

• You take responsibility for the quality, maintainability, performance and security of the developed solutions

• You coach less experienced automation engineers, exemplify best practices and contribute to the further development of our delivery and development standards

Your skills

• Completed IT apprenticeship EFZ or a degree in computer science and several years of professional experience in implementing workflow automation solutions

• Sound knowledge in automating business processes with BPMN 2.0 workflow engines, primarily Flowable or Camunda / CIB 7

• Solid experience in full-stack development with Angular or React, and Java / Java Spring Boot in a cloud-native environment

• Reliable, independent and structured working style with a confident, professional manner and enjoyment in customer consulting

• Willingness to travel to work on-site with different customers

• Must-have: Very good German and English skills (spoken and written)
