About the job

In this role, you are responsible for the installation of gas, water, heating, and cooling pipelines in the city of Biel.

Your professional background is less important to us. Rather, we value that you are hands-on, work well in a team, are motivated, and enjoy working outdoors. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable with us quickly! Therefore, you will be carefully and systematically introduced to your new tasks by experienced colleagues. We are also happy to support you with further training measures in the specialist field, for example to become a pipeline network installer with a federal professional certificate.

This is your job

• Assisting in the construction, operation, and maintenance of the distribution network for gas/water/heat/cooling
• Commissioning and decommissioning of gas, water, and heating/cooling pipelines
• Inspection and maintenance work on the gas, water, and heating/cooling network
• Assisting with surveying
• Providing on-call service

This is what you bring

• Completed vocational training in the field of sanitation, heating, pipefitting, construction, etc.
• Ideally experience in pipeline construction
• Ideally a certificate for PE pipeline welding
• Team player
• Driving licence category B
• Main language German or French with oral knowledge of the other language
