Your Tasks
- You support customers by phone and answer their questions about products and services
- You provide information on invoices, reminders and payment options
- You arrange instalment payments and find suitable solutions for individual concerns
- You handle email enquiries and complaints professionally and solution-oriented
- You forward enquiries to the responsible departments if necessary
- You ensure a positive customer experience with your friendly and competent manner
Your Profile
- You speak fluent German and Italian and understand Swiss German without difficulty
- You bring commercial professional experience or experience in customer service
- You work reliably, independently and enjoy being part of a team
- You are proficient in using PC applications and quickly learn new systems
- You are willing to work full-time during the approximately one-month induction period
- You are flexible and can also work two Saturdays per month
