Administrative Secretary Administration Maintenance Support (Working Days Mon - Wed) 60%Good for life – that is our motto. As part of the Education Directorate of the Canton of Zurich, the Office for Youth and Career Counselling is responsible for services in the area of child and youth welfare as well as career counselling. Children, young people and families are at the centre of our work.
The employees of the Maintenance Support at the Office for Youth and Career Counselling (AJB) are responsible for the collection of maintenance payments and the advance payment of child maintenance. Are you interested in contributing your commercial skills and social competencies to the new administration team of the Maintenance Support?

Your tasks
- Mail processing, scanning and triage
- Telephone service
- Maintenance of the general email inbox
- Safe management
- Archiving
- Low-threshold technical support for hardware and software as well as supporting team leaders with ordering and returning hardware for new hires and departures
Your profile
- Completed commercial basic training (commercial clerk EFZ)
- Very good and confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good manners and confident appearance and enjoyment of telephone contact
- Reliable, independent and precise way of working
- Humour, collegiality and enjoyment of working in a team
