ICT Solution Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF110,000 - 128,000Role:
Plan, operate and sustainably improve IT infrastructures
Do you enjoy being close to technology and appreciate direct exchange with customers? Would you like to get to know different IT environments, independently commission systems and find sustainable solutions for demanding faults? In this role, you can expect a broad range of tasks between classic system technology, network, cloud and IT operations.
Responsibilities:
Manage systems and cloud environments
You provide cloud and on-premises infrastructures and further develop existing environments.
You install, configure and operate Windows servers and Windows clients.
You integrate Microsoft 365 and other Microsoft technologies into existing customer environments.
You work with virtualisation solutions and support the further development of technical platforms.
Ensure networks and security
You manage WLAN, switching and routing environments and ensure reliable network communication.
You configure VPN and firewall solutions and support securing existing infrastructures.
You check technical configurations, identify optimisation potential and implement improvements.
Analyse faults and implement solutions
You investigate complex fault patterns in different customer environments and systematically narrow down the causes.
You sustainably resolve technical problems and contribute to the stability and availability of systems.
You carry out installations and commissioning directly at the customer or remotely.
Collaborate with customers and the team
You support customers with technical questions and communicate possible solutions clearly.
You work closely with the team and contribute your expertise to joint projects.
You approach new technical challenges openly and acquire additional knowledge if necessary.
Qualifications:
A completed degree or training as IT specialist EFZ platform development or equivalent.
Several years of practical experience in the IT environment, ideally with an ICT service provider.
Very good knowledge of Windows servers, Windows clients and Microsoft technologies.
Solid knowledge of VPN, routing, firewall and network infrastructure.
Experience with cloud and virtualisation solutions as well as Microsoft 365.
A reliable, independent and customer-oriented working style.
Enjoyment of teamwork, new contacts and diverse technical tasks.
Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; English is a plus.
