Tasks:
- Deployment in care across all residential groups
- Supporting our residents in daily life activities, such as personal care, mobilisation or eating and drinking
- Observing and reporting changes in general condition to the daily supervisors
- Assisting with care documentation in collaboration with professional staff
- Working in shifts in compliance with youth protection regulations (early and late shifts, split shifts and up to two weekend shifts per month)
Profile:
- Completed secondary school level A
- Good German skills in spoken and written form (level B1)
- Enjoyment in working with elderly people
- Sense of responsibility and resilience
- Social skills and communication ability
- Respectful, empathetic attitude towards our residents
- Basic computer skills
